These terms apply to orders placed at lunitaglow.com, a store of Lunita Glow LLC. Before paying, you check the box "I have read and accept the policies." By placing your order, you accept our policies: https://lunitaglow.com/pages/politicas (version 3, October 12, 2026). Your order follows the version that was published on the day you bought.
Orders: each lamp is made to order, just for you, with your photos. When you upload a photo, you confirm that it's yours or that you have permission to use it. We don't make lamps with offensive, violent or adult content, or with photos of other people without their permission. If an order doesn't follow this, we cancel it and give you a full refund.
Payment and prices: orders are paid in full when you place them, in US dollars (USD). You pay the price shown on the day of your order. Discounts: one code per order; discounts can't be combined and apply only to the Lunita itself.
Design and approval: after you pay, we email you your design. Your order includes 2 versions: the first one and one change, at no extra cost. Each additional change has a $5 design fee. You have 24 hours to reply to each version. If we don't hear back in that time, we make your lamp with the latest version we sent you. What you approve is what we print.
How a Lunita looks: the photo appears in shades of one color when it's lit; it isn't full color. Brightness and tone may vary a little because every piece is made individually.
Care and safety: for indoor use only, in a dry place. Keep it away from heat and direct sunlight. It's not a toy and it isn't made for children. Keep it and its cable out of reach of small children and pets, and away from cribs.
Our brand: everything on this website belongs to Lunita Glow LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Your Lunita is for your personal use or to give as a gift. The photos you send us are still yours.
