- Arrives damaged? We’ll make you a new oneTell us within 48 hours and we’ll make it again at no cost. The light base has a 6-month limited warranty. See terms
Questions
I only have an old photo. Will it work?
Usually, yes. Take a picture of it with your phone, straight on and near a window. We check it carefully and tell you how it will look. If you’d like help, email us at hola@lunitaglow.com.
Will my photo look good?
We check every photo carefully and let you know if it won’t print well. Faces looking forward, in good light, work best. Old photos on paper work too: take a picture of it with your phone, near a window.
How does approval work?
After you order, we email you your design. You have 24 hours to approve it or ask for a change; your order includes 2 versions. If we don’t hear back, we make it with the version we sent.
